Cutler International, LLC is an energy consulting firm specializing in Asia and Europe. Established in August 2013, the company is led by Tom Cutler, formerly Director for European and Asia-Pacific Affairs at the U.S. Department of Energy. Services include research reports and policy analysis on selected global, regional and country-specific topics related to energy security, clean energy technology development and deployment, and trade and investment. The company provides advisory services for energy sector assessments and project evaluation. This encompasses helping identify new opportunities for policy initiatives and investment, including market assessment, advocacy, and planning for commercial projects. The firm also provides program support and representation, building upon an existing network of energy contacts and international relationships.
