Cutler International, LLC is an energy consulting firm specializing in Asia and Europe. Established in August 2013, the company is led by Tom Cutler, formerly Director for European and Asia-Pacific Affairs at the U.S. Department of Energy. Services include research reports and policy analysis on selected global, regional and country-specific topics related to energy security, clean energy technology development and deployment, and trade and investment. The company provides advisory services for energy sector assessments and project evaluation.
